The Sounds of West Texas group will be presenting, "A Tribute to Our Military" with a mix of all styles of classic songs. THIS SHOW IS A FUNDRAISER FOR THE SOUTH PLAINS HONOR FLIGHT. Some songs presented will be ones that were popular during certain war times such as, "There's a Star Spangled Banner Waving Somewhere", "Battle of New Orleans", "Run Through the Jungle" and "Soldiers and Jesus." Special guests will be Gage Brockman, Owen Demaray, Hannah Jackson, Kenny Maines and LaTronda Moyers.
Regular performers will be the Sounds of West Texas Band: Mike Carraway, Danny Dukatnik, Mike Huffman, Wally Moyers, Brent Smith, Mark Wallney, Steve Williams - along with vocalists Kaci Brice, Steve Burrus, Brenda Hopkins, Donnetta Lippe, Betty Smith, Keith Smith and Terry Westbrook. Don't miss this evening of inspiring and popular classic songs with moments that will make you proud to be an American! This night will begin with door prizes given way around 6:50; the show begins at a special early time of 7:00 pm.
